The Kidney Awareness Campaign was organized to educate thecommunity about the importance of kidney health and the prevention ofkidney-related diseases. The campaign highlighted the role of a balanced diet,regular medical check-ups, proper hydration, and early detection of kidneyproblems. It also emphasized the impact of chronic conditions such as diabetesand hypertension on kidney function and encouraged lifestyle changes thatsupport long-term health.

The event took place on March at Dr. Soliman FakeehHospital – Jeddah. Several departments collaborated to make the campaign asuccess, including the Patient and Community Education, RDU Department,Nutrition, and Marketing departments. Educational booths, health consultations,and interactive activities were offered to engage participants and enhancetheir understanding of kidney health. The event was attended by 167 communitymembers, reflecting strong community interest and a positive response to thehospital’s ongoing health awareness initiatives.
