Date: Tuesday, May 5, 2026

Location: King Abdulaziz School – Baccalaureate (IP) Section

Target Audience: ~50 students (Ages 4–7)

Primary Goal: To instill lifelong healthy habits and reduce the spread of infections through proper handwashing.

Key Activities:

  1. Health Education Lecture: A child-friendly presentation on why we wash our hands and how "germs" work.
  2. The "Color Glow" Interactive Activity: Using colors to visually represent soap coverage. This highlighted "neglected zones" (like thumb bases and between fingers) that children often skip.
  3.  Resource Distribution: Students received "Health Visit Cards," educational magazines, and portable hand sanitizers to bring the lesson home.

Impact & Outcome: The session successfully transformed a routine task into an engaging, sensory experience. By the end of the event, students demonstrated a clearer understanding of:

  1. When to wash (before eating, after playing).
  2. How to wash (the full 20-second technique).
  3. Why it matters (staying healthy and strong).
