Breastfeeding awareness activities were conducted on 15 and 19 August as part of the hospital’s breastfeeding promotion initiative. One of the key events took place inside the hospital on the first floor during peak clinic hours, particularly in the maternal and pediatric clinics, to maximize engagement and reach.

This timing allowed breastfeeding mothers and expectant mothers to actively participate, ask questions, and discuss challenges related to breastfeeding. The sessions included interactive discussions led by the pediatric team, providing mothers with the opportunity to raise concerns and receive professional guidance.

In addition, a customized tour of the facility and service delivery areas was organized for expectant mothers, enabling them to explore available services and gain a better understanding of how the hospital supports and promotes breastfeeding within its care model.
