A healthy and safe return to school is an essential steptoward beginning a new academic year filled with achievements and positiveenergy. In line with Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital’s commitment to supportingchildren’s health and enhancing family awareness, the hospital organized atwo-day awareness campaign in August at Mall of Arabia in Jeddah,aiming to help students start their school year with strong health and a safeenvironment.

The campaign included a variety of health and recreationalactivities, featuring quick medical check-ups for childrenthat covered vital signs assessment, vision and dental screening, andnutritional status evaluation. The program also offered a specialeducational and recreational corner, which included simplecompetitions and interactive activities designed to promote health awareness inan enjoyable and engaging way.

Several medical departments contributed to the successfulimplementation of the campaign, including the Health EducationDepartment, Pediatrics, Nursing, Dentistry, Ophthalmology, Clinical Nutrition,ENT, and the CPR team, in addition to a drawing and coloringcorner that added a joyful atmosphere and encouraged children toparticipate.

The campaign witnessed significant engagement from childrenand their parents, who expressed great interest and appreciation for theinformation and services provided. The team also received numerous positiveevaluations, reflecting the campaign’s impact on enhancing health awareness andsupporting families as they prepare for the new school year.
