Description

• To repair the unacceptable conditions of the walls, ceiling, floor tiles of the hospital as well as staff accommodations
• Repair plant rooms, patient rooms, and all hospital premises for any damages.
• Modification & installation of any desired area or in new projects.
• Provide suggestion and handle any demolitions or extensions of the hospital.
• Any major required demolition or any required changes to be informed to the Civil Unit Manager and General Maintenance Manager
• Follow any project or renovation under Civil unit scope and ensure full compliance to related scope of work.
• Conduct daily round to inspect the tiles status and conduct required repair accordingly
• Periodic check and insurance of full compliance of the water proofing.
• Arrange any floor/ wall digging required for system repair and minor renovation conducted by the FM team
• Maintain his tools and test equipment levels
• Maintain safe working practice codes
• Must have focus monitoring and maintenance to all patient rooms to all buildings
• Making cement plastering, building of walls, installation and repair of vinyl tiles
• Leveling and finishing for floorings, walls, and side skirting
• Installation and repairing of floor drain line cover for rooftops
• Follow the instructions given by the Civil Manager
• Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients

Qualifications

• Higher secondary technical certificate
• Minimum 5 years experience in masonry works
• Fluency in speaking English & Arabic
