JOB DUTIES STATEMENTS:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that they are within specified limits.
  • Coordinating with shipping companies to schedule deliveries of new inventory items.
  • Reporting any inventory discrepancies to supervisors for resolution.
  • Auditing inventory records to ensure that items are correctly categorized and priced.
  • Receiving and storing incoming inventory items until they can be processed by other employees.
  • Determining appropriate storage locations for inventory items based on their type or function.
  • Coordinating warehouse activities such as loading and unloading trucks, picking orders from shelves, and unpacking shipments.
  • Preparing inventory reports by counting, measuring, pricing, and recording data about items in inventory.
  • Maintaining records of items in inventory, including item descriptions and serial numbers or bar codes.
  • Other Job Functions:
  • Perform all duties and tasks in line with the Person Centered Care values.
  • Adherence to all policies, plans and programs within the Fakeeh Care.
  • Perform duties as per the code of conduct requirement and ethical standards as outlined in the HCM policies and guidelines.
  • Complete mandatory education as per the requirement at least one month prior to expiration.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge on information relating to quality and safety, accreditation, policy management and document management systems.

Qualifications

  • To have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year experience as inventory Technician.
