JOB DUTIES STATEMENTS:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on improving standards of care, policies and procedures
  • Train healthcare staff on health information system deployment and management
  • Provide technical support, optimize network security and maintain databases
  • Ensure compliance in healthcare information management regulations5-Document processes, maintain records and prepare reports
  • Other Job Functions:
  • Perform all duties and tasks in line with the Person-Centered Care values.
  • Adherence to all policies, plans and programs within the Fakeeh Care.
  • Perform duties as per the code of conduct requirement and ethical standards as outlined in the HCM policies and guidelines.
  • Complete mandatory education as per the requirement at least one month prior to expiration.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge on information relating to quality and safety, accreditation, policy management and document management systems.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Health Informaticist or a similar role
  • Exceptional understanding of health information system design and database management
  • A bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration is preferred.
